With his natural similiarties in voice and looks to the KIng of Rock & Roll,
Bill had become well known thru out the Mid-South.
In the 70's and 80's Bill was renowned for his " Elvis in Concert " style
shows. He was also the first entertainer in the country
to do a show based off
of Elvis and at the time it was unique and also was based in Memphis, Tennessee.
Elvis even invited Bill to Graceland
to meet with him in 1976.
After Elvis's death Bill's recording of " Cause You Where There " got up to the #2
spot in the Mid-South.
Bill did shows and concerts from coast to coast including Las Vegas but after
years of performing and touring Bill hung up his jumpsuits
and quit touring and
performing in the mid 80's.
